Speed World
Field Spell Card
If you activates a non-"Speed Spell" Spell Card, you take 2000 damage. During your Standby Phase, place 1 Speed Counter on this card (max. 12). When you takes damage, remove Speed Counters from this card for each multiple of 1000 damage that you took.

Field Spell Card
If you activate a Spell Card other than a "Speed Spell" you take 2000 damage. During your Standby Phases, place 1 Speed Counter on this card (up to 12 each). You can remove any number of Speed Counters from this card to activate an appropriate effect:
● 4: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent for each "Speed Spell" Spell Card in your hand.
● 7: Draw 1 card.
● 10: Select and destroy 1 card on the field.
(Note: During a Turbo Duel both players start with their own "Speed World" or "Speed World 2" on the field (the normal rules for Field Spell Cards are ignored.). "Speed World" and "Speed World 2" cannot be removed from the field or have their effects negated (the activation of their effects can be negated).

Activate only while you have 4 or more Speed Counters. Reduce your Speed Counters to 0 to add 1 Level 3 or lower Monster Card and 1 Spell/Trap Card from your Graveyard to your hand. You cannot gain Speed Counters for the next 3 turns after this card's activation.
